Storm Damage Inspection

Find out if your roof actually has damage.

Most homeowners can't tell from the ground. Hail and wind damage shows up on the ridge, in the soft metal, and in the shingle granules — places you can't see without climbing up there.

Our free inspection is a thorough walk of every slope, every penetration, and every piece of soft metal. You get a written report with photos either way — even if we don't find damage worth filing.

What we look for:

  • Hail hits on ridge caps, vents, and soft metal
  • Granule loss exposing the shingle mat
  • Bruised or cracked shingles (impact damage)
  • Damaged flashing, gutters, downspouts
  • Wind-lifted shingles on high-exposure slopes
Insurance Claim Management

We handle the carrier so you don't have to.

Storm-damage claims are won and lost on documentation. The carrier wants to pay the minimum scope; the contractor's job is to show — in writing, with photos, with line items — what the work actually requires.

We do this for you from start to finish:

  • Claim filing. We help you open the claim and submit our inspection report so the carrier has accurate documentation from day one.
  • Adjuster meeting. We meet your insurance adjuster on the roof and walk them through every damaged item so nothing is missed in the scope.
  • Scope review. When the carrier issues their estimate, we line-item it against industry standard pricing and identify what's missing.
  • Communication. One project manager owns your file — no phone tree, no being passed around.
Supplements

When insurance underpays, we file a supplement.

A supplement is a formal request for additional payment when the carrier's original estimate doesn't cover the actual work required. This is where most homeowners would walk away from money they're owed — we don't.

Documented line-by-line

Every supplemented item comes with photos, Xactimate line codes, and code references the adjuster can verify.

Filed by your project manager

The same person who inspected your roof writes and submits your supplement. They know the details of your specific job.

Pursued until paid

If a supplement is denied without grounds, we escalate it. We don't drop legitimate requests because the first adjuster said no.

Roof Replacement

Install day is the easy part.

Once your claim is approved and your supplement is settled, we pull the permit and schedule the install around your calendar. Most full replacements take 1 to 2 days.

Every install includes:

  • Complete tear-off of existing roofing
  • Decking inspection and replacement of any rotted sheathing
  • Synthetic underlayment (no felt)
  • Ice & water shield in valleys and around penetrations
  • Architectural shingles (GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed)
  • New ridge cap, hip cap, drip edge, pipe boots, and flashing
  • Magnetic sweep of yard and driveway for nails
  • Certificate of Completion and warranty registration
GAF Owens Corning CertainTeed Class 4 Impact-Resistant Available
Warranty & Close-Out

You get a warranty for the materials and for our workmanship.

Every project closes with a Certificate of Completion documenting the scope, materials, and warranty terms — useful for resale, insurance records, and your own peace of mind.
